Metal additive manufacturing: materials, processes and life cycle assessment

CNES’s COMET Matériaux (MAT), the Space Club of the AERIADES cluster and the International Space University invite you to attend a conference on “Metal additive manufacturing: materials, processes and life cycle analysis” on Tuesday September 30 and Wednesday October 1, 2025, in Strasbourg (Illkirch-Graffenstaden). This thematic seminar will cover a wide range of topics, including :

• Optimization and completion of additive manufacturing processes
• Qualification strategy for metal additive manufacturing parts
• Powder recycling and reclamation in additive manufacturing
• Environmental assessment of additive manufacturing processes
• Modeling and manufacturing of metal architectural materials
• Repair using metal additive manufacturing processes
